Gary’s extensive experience, as an executive in the financial services and insurance industry, has set the standard for the dedication, integrity and high level of client satisfaction he maintains is the backbone of the company. With over 30 plus years in business, Gary credits his success to his beloved wife, children and grandchildren whom he loves most in this world.

Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration for Executives, Ian is known for running large scale IT projects where technology is integrated to solve business needs. By identifying client’s inefficiencies, Ian excels in providing a streamlined approach to solve clients most complex obstacles. “Iron sharpens iron and constructive critique in a supportive culture is a great way to improve,” states Ian. As a true leader, Ian believes in order for your team to trust where you are taking them that you have to get down in the trenches and be willing to do everything your fellow team members and employees do.

She believes that her strong foundation allows her to take pride in knowing how to utilize her strengths, expertise and tenure to bring value and education to clients. Apart from her professional tenacity, Alysha is passionate in assisting with Animal Rescues and is a volunteer at the American Cancer Society. On Alysha’s downtime you can catch her enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Cooper or catching up on the latest episode of Law and Order.

True to her values and ethics, it is no surprise that she was recognized as the Top Performing Recruiter in 2019. Katie holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University and relocated to Nashville after falling in love with everything the city has to offer. Apart from work, Katie lives for beach and pool days and is heavily involved in volunteering with children and after school programs that provide a positive outlook on life.

With a degree in Advertising as well as minors in both Marketing and Graphic Design, Noelle provides a substantial platform in developing and evolving business. Since a young age, Noelle has been interested in the thought process behind campaigns and the implementation of concepts. Noelle believes in serving others and is a volunteer for a camp for children with congenital heart disease and an active contributor to the Humane Society. One of the most important lessons Noelle has learned throughout her career is to embrace change and to find and own your voice within an organization by asserting yourself to maximize potential.
